Table Tennis Federation Of India
TTFI was established in the year 1926. It is a founder member of the ITTF and has been at the forefront in the promotion of the game in India and the world. TTFI has the affiliation of 32 state units and 37 institutions.
TTFI is one of the most active among all sports federations in the country. India is represented through TTFI in all the major international championships like Olympics, World, Commonwealth, Asian and all Pro tours.

The ITTF has always looked upon TTFI as one of its backbone for organizing various International Events. It is worth mentioning that India has excellent, infrastructure in a number of cities to host international events including hosting of recent Asian Championship. TTFI have in the past hosted various international championships like World Championships, Asian Championships, SAF Championships, Commonwealth Table Tennis Championships and various ITTF Pro Tour events.

Sports Academy of India SPAA
Sports Academy Association of India (SPAA) is architect for developing Sports Education in India. Team SPAA has developed an updated course curriculum in UG and PG program in Sports Management in India. SPAA has been established in 2015 as an independent association of people involved or interested in the management of sport in the broadest sense. SPAA membership comprises of academics and professionals from public, voluntary and commercial sectors.
THE OBJECTIVE OF SPAA INDIA IS TO GENERATE SPORTS RELATED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUNGESTERS OF THE NATION
We have developed sports management courses and shared educational exchanges of sport management teaching techniques with universities and sports goods manufacturer for employment.
Promote and encourage study, scientific research and scholarly writing on sport management. Facilitate and develop exchange of information and dissemination of best practice, work with member organizations to support sport management associations and organizations. Develop sport management by acting as the academy Associate. Co-operate with other international bodies with shared goals and encourage the convening of National and international conferences.
Facilitate the exchange of practical and scientific experiences in the field of Sports Management extend the teachings and activities of SPAA, at all places throughout INDIA and rest of the world. Stimulate the interest of Members to improve their ability and willingness to learn more on sport management.
Sports Goods Foundation Of India
Twenty five exporters of sports goods joined hands together voluntarily and created the Sports Goods Foundation of India (SGFI) in 1998. Registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 vide Registration No. 1681 of 1998-99 Dated 25th January 1999 as an NGO. It is a non-profit making organisation committed to the prevention and rehabilitation of child labour in the sporting goods industry. SGFI is an ISO 9001: 2008 certified NGO (Non Government Organization) by SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Vide certificate number SG05/0280. Today SGFI membership consists of 30 manufacturers & exporters of footballs/volleyballs/rugby. These members are responsible for appox. 95% of the total exports of these inflatable balls from India. All members of SGFI are voluntarily contributing a fixed percentage of their exports of inflatable balls every month for this noble cause.

Swimming Federation of India
The Swimming Federation of India (SFI) is the central governing body for promotion and administration of swimming sport in India. The SFI is affiliated to FINA, the world governing body for the sport. SFI was formed after the amalgamation of its predecessors – the National Swimming Association (NSA) and the Indian Swimming Federation (ISF). The SFI was formed in 1948.
Rugby India, founded in 1998, is the sole governing body for the sport of Rugby in India. Recognized by the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sport, Govt. of India, Rugby India is a full member of World Rugby, Asia Rugby and the Indian Olympic Association (IOA). The body is responsible for the growth & development of the sport of Rugby across the country from the grassroots to the high performance level.
IRFU is the sole governing body of all formats of the sport of Rugby in India for all genders and ages. The formats included are as follows: Rugby Union, Fifteen-a-Side Rugby, Seven-a-Side Rugby, 10-a-Side Rugby, 12-a-Side Rugby, Touch Rugby, Non-Contact Rugby - Tag Rugby, Flag Rugby, Beach Rugby, Snow Rugby, Wheelchair Rugby, Underwater Rugby.
Rugby has been included in the School Games Federation of India (SGFI) for all age-groups (U14, U17 & U19 boys & girls) and the National University Games for both Men & Women, under the aegis of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), The sport is also a part of the Services Sports Control Board (SSCB) and played by the Paramilitary & Police Forces.
Rugby in India has a rich history and heritage and dates back to 1872. However, only over the last decade has the sport seen a major rise in following and Rugby India has been instrumental in garnering this interest across the country. There has been a significant growth and increase in participation numbers and currently, within India, over 120 Rugby Clubs are affiliated to our State and Districts Associations with competitive Rugby, for both Men & Women, being actively played across 24 States in India.
